Refund policy

Returns - Still-in-the-box:
If you change your mind about your purchase, we are happy to accept unused product for return provided it is still new and in the box.  Unless there is something defective with the product or error on our part, we do ask that you be responsible for the actual shipping costs.  We can arrange the return shipping (at a substantial discount).

Returns - Not in New Condition:
For returns of product not in new condition (absent defect or error on our part), we may need to charge an additional repacking fee of $50 per carton, plus the cost of replacing any missing or unusable parts.

Once we confirm and agree to the return, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know the refund amount. You will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping Damage
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, or if there is any other problem so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  We will be happy to send you replacements for any missing, damaged, or defective parts, but we do ask that you please send us photos of any damaged packaging to help us make a claim with the carrier 

Warranty Claims
Most of our products are provided with a one year warranty.  If you have any problems with your Lakeside Recreation product, please contact us so we can make it right.  See the Warranty details included in the instructions supplied with each product.
